• Direct & Delegate - Describe how you approach directing and delegating, your strengths, and what challenges you. Each DiSC style provides insights into how people like to work, the potential problems you face when working together, and how to be more effective at managing people with this style.

• Motivation - What kind of environment do you create to motivate your team? What are each style's motivational needs? How can you create a motivating environment for people with this style? What are the best ways to motivate and reward them?
