How the administration process works

Your administrator emails each participant with a link to the online questionnaire. EPIC provides a template to make the customisation of emails simple.

Participants complete their profiles using a unique access code generated by the EPIC system. The assessment takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

The administrator may allow participants to view their results immediately or withhold them for later distribution, such as their learning experience workshop.

There is a simple optional batch upload spreadsheet available to issue profile emails.

Profile Features

This 27-page report will:

• Introduce you to Everything DiSC and provide an overview of the DiSC® model.

• Summarise the key aspects of your DiSC style, what you probably enjoy doing the most as a manager, and what your most valuable contributions as a manager are.

• Describe what you prioritise and your management preferences, going into more detail about which aspects of management you probably enjoy and which management responsibilities are more stressful for you.

• Direct & Delegate - Describe how you approach directing and delegating, your strengths, and what challenges you. Each DiSC style provides insights into how people like to work, the potential problems you face when working together, and how to be more effective at managing people with this style.

• Motivation - What kind of environment do you create to motivate your team? What are each style's motivational needs? How can you create a motivating environment for people with this style? What are the best ways to motivate and reward them?

• Developing Others - How do you approach developing others? What are the advantages and disadvantages of your style for developing your team members? For each style, what areas have strong potential, and what obstacles and strategies do you have for developing people of this style?

• Managing Up - How your manager probably sees you. Working with managers of each style, their priorities, and preferences, how to get buy-in, and dealing with conflict.
